Refunds And Returns
Physical products
Notice: According to Romanian law, products that have been altered or modified according to client specifications CANNOT be returned. Only items that have not been personalized can be sent back to us if the Customer is not satisfied with the product.
If the item you received is not of the quality you expected or you accidentally bought the wrong product, you have the right to return your item to us within 14 days of receiving it, without having to specify a reason. Shipping charges that result from sending an item back to us are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customers who are not happy with their purchase for some reason are welcome to get in touch with us first to make us understand what went wrong. Products can be returned or exchanged for another item of the same price by respecting the terms outlined below.
To be accepted for a return, a product needs to be in its original condition and should include its packaging. The item and its packaging should be wrapped in such a manner that it’s protected throughout its journey back to us. The Customer is responsible to return all components of the product in question. If any part of a returned item is missing, we cannot guarantee a refund.
If you’d like to return a product that you purchased from us, as a fist step, please get in touch through our contact form and let us know:
- the name of the item
- the reason for your return
- whether you’d like an exchange or refund
- your bank account number where we can send your money
If you don’t provide us with all the information we require to process your request, we may not be able to refund your money.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item back, and will happen via direct bank transfer to your account.
Please be advised: slight differences in color are NOT considered a product defect. As a result of various computer screen settings, colors may look slightly different from one screen to the other. We took great care in photographing our products in a color-accurate manner but cannot be held responsible for the color accuracy of our Customer’s computer screen.
Digital Products
Electronically delivered, instant download products such as PDF files cannot be returned. Once the product is purchased and assigned to your account, the sale is final and irrevocable. However, if you experience any problems with your order please do get in touch and we’ll do everything in our power to address your concern.
