About Shipping
At the moment we only ship our products to EU countries. If you live outside the EU and wish to purchase our products, please get in touch. Please be advised, that due to customs regulations of Romania, there will be a surcharge of €30 added to your order and shipping cost if your shipping address is outside the EU.
All of your orders are packed with love & care and are shipped to the customer’s address provided by them during checkout.
Domestic orders on the territory of Romania above a total value of 300 lei ship for free if the customer resides in an area covered by our shipping carrier. In case the order value is less than 300 lei the buyer is responsible for shipping charges. In this case the shipping costs 20 lei for areas covered by our shipping carrier. For remote areas our carrier will charge extra for delivering parcels, but we will contact you in advance to work out the best approach.
Orders that contain only ready-made items which don’t need personalization are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase. Products that need to be made AFTER the order has been placed, or need to be personalized usually ship within 3-5 working days.
After your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code (AWB) you can use to track your parcel. Save this code until you receive the package, as it contains important information about your parcel.
In some situations which are beyond our control delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as unfavorable weather conditions, road accidents or high traffic.
About Payment
Payments can be made in two ways:
with credit/debit card: by following the checkout process, you can pay without ever leaving this site. Visa/Visa Electron, Mastercard/Maestro cards are accepted for payment during a fully secure connection, at no additional cost to you. This website processes payments via the Stripe payment system and does not store your credit card information.
cash on delivery: this option is only available for orders delivered within Romania and orders that fully consist of ready-made items. Orders containing one or more personalized items will need to be paid for in advance by credit/debit card.
