How To Order
On our website threadmadestudio.com you will find exclusive, personalized handmade products, decorated with either machine or hand embroidery. Our products are delivered anywhere in Romania and on the territory of the European Union.
The price of each product is shown on the product page, and it can vary depending on the model, size, or the selected personalization options. By following the steps outlined below you can purchase any product from our current collections.
1. Choose your product
By visiting the Shop page, you can see not only our available products, but also those that will be created after you place an order on our website. When you’ve found a product that you really like, visit its product page. There you will be able to add your chosen item to your cart by clicking the “Add To Cart” button.
2. Choose your options
Once you’re on the product page, use the available select boxes to create a variation of the product that you’re happy with. Don’t forget to fill in the text boxes required for personalized products.
3. Add the product to your cart
After having created a variation of the product that you’d like to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button to place it into your cart. Some products can only be added to your cart only after its required attributes such as color or size have been chosen.
4. See your cart
To see a list of products you’ve added to your cart, click on the cart icon in the header section of the page. On your Cart page you will see a list of all the products you’ve selected previously, you can modify the quantities or you can remove products altogether.
5. Place your order
While still on your Cart page, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button, and sign into your user account if you’re not currently signed in. In case you don’t have an account with us, you will need to create one to be able to order our products.
Fill in your billing and shipping details and choose a delivery option (Only credit/debit card payments are allowed for orders shipped outside of Romania). You must read and accept our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy to proceed with your order.
Click on the “Place Order” button at the bottom of the Checkout page to finalize your purchase.
After the purchase has completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, details regarding your purchased products and their availability, and the full value of your order.
